Hi,
The "saga" of this "nightmare" of a EPC program continues!
My project is close to finished, but need to make some adjustment only, but The "project" refuses to open again, (Red warning dialog; Unable to open the project)
OK, So i sync the project to cloud, and it says it`s Sync to cloud.
--> So I use a different computer and log on with same user/password.
--> I hit refresh button, in the "shared with me" Tab.
-- How to get the sync to cloud project to another computer??
I think the programs features with cloud and not save to file makes this program useless.
Schneider really must include basic logic like; save to file/ import file/ log of user etc....
We the "buyer" of these Schneider products are "bleeding time and money" because of the none working EPC issues (that there is a lot of)!

Hello,
First of all, I'm apologize that you met some issues with the software EcoStruxure Power Commission
1 - To transfert a project to another one, you have to use the function " shared project"
2 - The "upload to cloud" function is just to have a back-up in the Schneider cloud in case of computer crach or HD issue, you can recover your project from the cloud by a request through to your local CCC.
I fully agree that we should improve some features to help the management of project inside EPC.
We are going to provide soon a new experience software with a project cloud sharing by multi users, the possibility to log-in and log-out one user, and provide definitively a faster and reliable software.
Best regards

In my experience; you have to do everything all over again.
