A FW upgrade normally do not deactivate wireless features.
Can you confirm you do not clicked on this button ?
In any case you must reach tech support with seme Panel Server diagnostic files for further investigation. Note that FAQ not updated for 1.10, now diag and logs are in one file. Diag configuration only applies after modification. You'd need to generate the full log and send it to tech support.
Please check the next FAQ and open a tech support ticket:

Only tech support can check the diag files and tell if something went wrong during the upgrade process.
