I have a PAS800 device. which came with the firmware version "001.003.001"
Initially the device supported the wireless capabilities.
Please check below images.
But after the firmware was upgraded to "001.010.000" the wireless capabilities are permanently disabled.
After the firmware was upgraded the device indicates that the WIFI and wireless connectivity is permanently disabled.
have anybody encountered with this issue.

A FW upgrade normally do not deactivate wireless features.
Can you confirm you do not clicked on this button ?
In any case you must reach tech support with seme Panel Server diagnostic files for further investigation.

I have just upgraded the firmware.
After I logged in it was like this no wireless.
I have 2 other unboxed units with the old firmware 001.003.001. I'm afraid to upgrade them because of this issue

Only tech support can check the diag files and tell if something went wrong during the upgrade process.

@Romain_Polette FAQ not updated for 1.10, now diag and logs are in one file.
Diag configuration only applies after modification. Here needs to generate the full log and send it to tech support
