Thanks for the informative video. Towards the end of the video there's a screen shot saying that the cloud connectivity and email service cannot be enabled together - please see a screen shot below of a PAS800 that we commissioned last week where I couldn't access either of those tabs as both were greyed out.
We only require the connection to cloud/SE Services but cannot disable email to be able to access the cloud services.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this (without a factory reset)?

Theoretically, it is not possible to have a PaS in this situation. So I would like to better understand...
1) Is this a commercial product or an R&D dev product (with an unsigned fw)?
2) what is the fw version used on this PaS?
3) do you know all the different previous steps that led to this situation? (for example, the problem appears in a previous version 1.x and the Panel Server was updated in a next step to fw1.4 and so on)
4) Because You are not a "traditional user" and you have the possibility to perform specific actions at the SE cloud level (for example actions reserved for R&D people). can we imagine that something (not reporoductible by another "traditional user") was done at the cloud level that led to this situation?
If you are in a "nominal" use case (commercial product, action performed only at the Panel server level with the latest fw1.4...), only R&D people with a good knowledge of the PaS and SE cloud) will be able to deepen
Alternative solution could be also to restart from scratch (Factory reset of the Panel Serverwith at least fw1.4 + unclaim of the Panel Server at SE cloud level) and try to reproduce this situation ....
