WTG contactor

Hi  I need your advice for below

 One of the WTG manufacturer has suggested 3 pole contactors per phase for LV side of transformer. these contactors are 1400 A rated , 3 in parallel will able to deliver 3x1400 A = 4200 A for stator circuit .

Is these an acceptable solution if not what is the disadvantage and is there any guideline/ standards which prevents it. 

I am attaching the details of the circuit for understanding.

Using multiple contactors in parallel to achieve a higher current rating is generally not recommended. The main disadvantage is the potential for unbalanced current sharing among the contactors, leading to uneven wear and tear, and potential safety hazards.

It's important to refer to relevant standards like IEC 60947 for LV switchgear and control gear, as well as manufacturer's guidelines, to ensure compliance and safe operation. It's advisable to consult with a qualified electrical engineer to find the most suitable and compliant solution for the application.
