NW 50 H1 Breaker not closing.

Breaker not closing, Motor charged but indication showing un charge, charging motor circuit is open, charging handle not engaged. If press the close button by manual no action. Please advise the further trouble shooting, and how to release the spring charging and reset the mechanism.

A few questions :


What is exactly the state of the front indicator ?

- Discharged

- Charged "Not OK"

- Charged OK


What happens if you try charging the mechanism by handle ?


Alternately, did you investigate the following points :

- interlocking ?

- MN shunt trip coil not powered ?

- Trip indicator not resetted ?
