EcoStruxure Power Commission No Device Found Issue
I use EPC to connect and perform any action to a Circuit Breaker and Panel Server. I launched Device Discovery and detected a connection on one of the Com Ports (I am using USB/Serial). But when I tried to find the device, it showed "No Devices Found". I am using a Service Interface connected to a Micrologic.

Hello @dhtanap
We are not able to solve the issue through that platform
Please, contact your local CCC to open a technical case.
Don't forget to provide the log files from EPC software.
You could find and download the log files from the home page of EPC (see the picture below ) :
best regards

I have already tried connecting my laptop, and it works fine now. Last week, I had the EPC uninstalled and installed again. To successfully uninstall, I downloaded EcoReachUninstaller and MicrosoftProgram_Install_Uninstall from the se.com website.
Now I can detect the com port and add a new device using the EPC.
