Good afternoon all,
I'm trying to configure the EVLink Pro AC charging station to send the periodic charge detail records via FTP (in the "eSetup" Application Charge Details Records --> Periodic Publication Daily --> Communication channel FTP) but the file is not sent.
In the charging station I set the IP address of the FTP server address FTP and FTP Server port 21; the charging station is connected via network to a supervision PC where the FileZilla Server software has been installed and configured.
It seems that the EVLink AC Pro tries to send the file but that this is rejected by the server (see attached image). If I send a file from a PC with an FTP client I succeed without problems.
On the supervision PC I can see all the data in real time through the modbus protocol.
I've tried both Required Authentication and Anonymous Authentication but without success.
Any suggestions?
Mauro

Hello Mauro,
What is the firmware of your Pro AC ?
If not 1.2.1, I suggest to update the firmware and try again.
Pro AC FW 1.2.1
Did you try enable the "passive mode" in eSetup ?

Hello Louis,
thank you for your support!
The firmware of my Pro AC is 1.0.2. Apart from the problem with the FTP, the AC Pro works correctly, so I prefer to wait to update the FW; I'm waiting for more AC Pro to arrive in the next few days. As soon as they arrive I update the firmware and keep you informed.
With passive mode I have the same result.
Kind Regards
