Square D safety switch come with 75C rated terminals. In some situations, it would really help me out if I could replace those bolt-on lug terminals with some 90C rated terminals. It seems that the same lug form-factor in stainless steel ought to get the additional 15C.

Hello @JEH-Van answer comming form a colleague in North america:
Most of our Safety Switches use lugs rated for 90°C, one can usually see the code “AL9CU” stamped on the lug next to the manufacturer Identification and wire size. For the case of Safety Switch D324NRB, it uses lugs D3763 manufactured by Ilsco and rated at 90°C. (See attached picture)
Replacing the factory installed lugs with anything other than what is listed on the Wiring Diagram label (label on the inside of the hinged door) will violate the construction listed with UL, and void the UL certification. In the case for D324NRB the Wiring Diagram lists the Versa-Crimp VCEL-030-516H1 lugs as the only valid field replacement.
I would highly recommend looking into the NEC (NFPA 70) specifically Chapter 3, Article 310 and tables 310.13(A) and 310.16 . The NEC is free to access online.
Hope it answer to your needed.
