Hello @Asif1Mehmood for the ILM motors, which type of IdentificationMode are you using? E.g. TopologyAddress or SercosAddress? If you are using the TopologyAddress mode, when you exchange two motors, for example, they work exactly in the same way. If you are using the SercosAddress mode, when you exchange two motors, the first one will behave like the second and viceversa. Probably you are in this situation.
I can help you further if you provide me a Diagnostics of your machine with a short description of the axis. Some more info about the topology addressing you can find in this manual Lexium 62 ILM at page 67.
