     Gentlemen, I need help to solve this problem below:

     "The Control Expert certificate is missing.Open Securyty Editor on the local computer and enroll control Expert Software"

Have you been able to open the security editor and generate a self signed certificate?  If not I would suggest contacting the technical support team in your country.

Generally to approve a CPU you need to be able to connect to the PLC and generate an entry in the whitelist as well.

        Sim, consegui resolver.

        Desistalei os software e fui reinstalando.

        E consegui acessar o software na versão 16 e resetei a senha do meu clp.
