SFC Action Cross Reference
With an SFC, the action code is in a subfolder under the chart. Is it possible to cross reference any of the action code and find out where in the SFC it is actually called to run or find out if it is never called?

It depends on associated qualifier to action. If qualifier is None or N SFC actions are called if S_1_1.x is active.
It's tricky to write larger codes in SFC actions because they are not executed if associated Step is not active. I prefer to use SFC only as state diagram and set outputs in POST code. "StepName".x and "StepName".t you would use to check sequence state in post code to make actions.

I agree with Marian. Use SFC for the graphical representation of the process and the references of the steps in external logic. Where possible avoid enabling multiple tokens. This ensures you get the visual benefit and also the diagnostic or search capabilities. Putting logic into the steps makes it harder to fault find and maintain.
