If you allow Modbus Server in Machine Expert Basic (Configuration-ETH1-Modbus server enabled) then complete M200 data memory (%MW and %M) is available to any Modbus Client/Master at Modbus/Unit ID 255. You don't need to setup anything else. Your point to Modbus mapping is to add additional Modbus mapping at Unit ID 248 or other number with separated memory. But this feature is not available for M200 at the latest version of Machine Expert Basic 1.4.
