PWS_DIAG function for HSBY module

Hello,

i have a problem with retrieving status of redundant Power Supply module on controller rack (HSBY) BMEH584040H with PWS_DIAG module (exchange on STBY for PWS_DIAG instance is disable). We set the IP address blank, but the status only showing 13319 (approximately every 1 second).

we have done also in safety module BMEH584040S, with the same block PWS_DIAG and works fine. but in BMEH584040H (non safety module) wasn't working.

kindly please anyone help with this kind of condition.

thank you for your support

I assume this is configured in the process logic area of the PLC.  it seems from the image the address of the module is missing so the function block does not know where to locate the power supply.

1.  Make sure you are using only redundant power supplies in the rack (it does not work with any other power supply..  i.e. BMXCPS4022, BMXCPS4002 or BMCPS3522

2.  Make sure the address is configured correctly.

3.  It will only work for primary racks and not extension racks connected by bus extender to the primary rack.

4.  Are you transferring the information from the primary CPU to the standby CPU (check the exchange on hot standby column in the data configuration column).  Does the issue happen when the CPUs change primary?
