Control Expert 15.3 crash

I am having problem when i am trying to open a new project, the system is crashing.

A few tips:  1.  Reinstall the software to see if it is an installation issue.  2. Make sure the operating system and the specifications of the PC align with the specifications of the software.  3.  Take note of what other applications are running and retry the start when none of these are running.

Generally its a very general description of the issue so there are many potential steps to take.
