PID for Valve control

Dear M580 connect with BMXNOR2200.0 for IEC104 server , 

I am going to use PID control the postion of valve depend flow rate.  In this case if I use PID function block, Valve will open from 0-100% we would like to avoid large opening. 

So we will use PID velocity type which the result is calculated from difference of previous position.

Please kindly recommand the function block or program.

PIDFF.  Use the default algorithm.  Compared to all other platforms I have worked on, the Modicon PIDFF is the best.
