M580 with CRA3120 gets disconnected randomly

Hi ,
I'm encountering a problem with CRA3120 , 
The setup is two PLCs Redundant of M580 and 10 CRA3120 connected to the PLCs as a ring network , 
At some times when the plant is running , most of CRAs got disconnected and the LED status is blinking green (it seems like the module isn't configured) and causes the all signals to be zero .

I've checked the fiber cables and the ethernet cables and all are okay as this problem isn't continuous it came at some times only .

In addition , at some times some of analog input modules that are connected to the CRAs their Run LED is off and the ERR LED is blinking .

• Was the system operating correctly before everything was disconnected?
• Please confirm that you are not connecting to the service port of the 140CRA31200 module and are using the Device Network Ports.
• Please provide the firmware versions that are installed in the M580 CPU and the 140CRA31200 modules.
• Please provide the EcoStruxure Control Expert version and list of all hot fixes that are installed.
