Dear Team, 

I’m currently facing an issue with the BME NOP 0300 module. After importing the .cid file, the PLC freshness appears to be good. However, the data points are not updating in real-time—they seem to be frozen.

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

I hope that you managed to fix the issue as of now, but in case you are still facing it, please verify the following:

• Make sure that you are using the latest updated CID file from the IED, import it into the BMENOP0300 module using the Modicon IEC 61850 configuration tool, and perform the IEC 61850 client configuration.
• Also, the data exchange method should be configured correctly inside the Modicon IEC 61850 configuration tool, such as through reporting or polling. If the reporting mechanism is used, make sure that GGIO1.ind1 becomes part of the dataset while configuring the report control block inside the IEDs.
• After verifying the above points, if you are still facing an error, I suggest you create a case with the support team and share the exact CID file and the application of the Control Expert where you are facing the issue to proceed further with the investigation.
