Hello, I have a iEM3265 and need to reset the input metering counter to 0.
I did the procedure with bacnet but cannot reset the total imported energy, just the partial energy counters.
Works with the value 2020 on the partial energy, but with 2023 there is no change in any value.
Is it really possible and i´m doing something wrong, or is it not possible and the error is in the manual?

Hello @osanchez_sieesa ,
Yes, The input metering counter can be reset to 0 by writing the 2023.00 in preset value of Analog Value.
Can you try with 2023.00 again and check the AI36 object?
Refer the screenshot captured for YABE BACnet application.

Hello, an update on this case:
Looks like the meter has some communication problems because it becomes offline when we try to change the value or try to read more than 10-15 variables at a time.
So we dont know if this was part of the issue, because we were able to reset the partial counters writing 2020,00 on the same variable.
Anyway, the customer will be replacing the meter with a new PM5000.
Thanks for your help.

Hello @osanchez_sieesa
There is no known issue for reset the input metering and getting all analog objects in BMS application.
Can you please clarify below points?
1.Are they able to write 2023.00 in analog value 0 successfully?
2.Is this same meter is updating all the objects properly when they configure with YABE (open source BACnet application)?
Regards,
Ramasamy N
