The meters which can be connected in a "5 wire system" (3 phase conductors, a neutral conductor and a separate ground conductor - the building ground) are the ones which have the GND terminal on their chassis (advanced metering and utility metering)- ION8xxx and ION7xxx.

The PM meters, in general, do not have exposed metallic parts therefore they do not require a grounding to protective earth (PE).
