Hi,
Has anyone experienced an issue like this when uploading a saved configuration from another configured HDPM6000 to an unconfigured HDPM6000?
So, we follow the instructions connecting to the HDPM6000 and procede to uploading the saved coinfiguration.
However, when we then access the web interface and select the 'Channel Cfg' tab, we see some information for a fraction of a second and then the tab is empty?
We've tried to upload the configuration file to 2 unconfigured HDPM6000s and noted the same behaviour.
If anyone can offer any advice that would be great.
Many thanks.

What is the firmware version of the Head Unit from which the configuration file was downloaded, and what is the firmware version of the unconfigured Head Units? Are all head units running the same fw version?
As mentioned in HDPM6000 Installation and Configuration guides:
The latest which can be downloaded from SE website is V62.7.
Best Regards,

Hi @Mehran_Mehrnia , thank you. I will ask the guys in the field to verifiy the firmware version of the HDPM6000s they are having issues with.
Many thanks,
Gavin

@Mehran_Mehrnia have you ever had an issue where the EIM on the Bus isn't detected?
At the minute ours isn't detected across multiple HDPM6000s.
There is only a single EIM connected to each HDPM6000 so we entered 'SINGLE' in the serial number field in the Digital Inputs tab and we're not getting anything

Since EIM module receives it's power via CAT5/CAT6 cable, please make sure the connection is correct and stable.
HDPM6000 supports up to 8 I/O modules(EIM) which are are soft-addressed using the web interface.
As you already know and as mentioned in EIM Installation guide, if only one EIM 2.0 is connected to the bus, the word "SINGLE" can be populated in the card 1 serial number text box and the EIM 2.0 will be auto-detected.
HDPM6000 Installation Guide -> Digital Input Tab
If the EIM is still not detected, please ensure that the firmware version of the EIM module matches that of the HDPM6000 Head Unit, as both should come from the same firmware package. If not, please upgrade the modules accordingly.
Additionally, unplug and then plug back in the EIM module to have Head Unit try to detect it one more time.
Best Regards,
-Mehran
