Dear Concerned
1- We was trying to configure SWP Accusine 30 & 60 Amps but the first step is to enter a password , In the operation guide it seems that we have to set a password but when we try a message of wrong password appears ,So is there is a default password for the device and how we can reset the password.
2- An alarm of ( Conditioner is off ) appears on one of the two accusines what does it means ?
3- At the back of the accusine controller there is a switch for lock and unlock we did not find anything about this switch in the installation and operation guides, what is the function of this switch ?
4- without running the devices One of the accusines is showing measures for current and THDs and the other is showing **** in all the parameters , What does this means ?
It will be so appreciated if you can support ASAP as we are in site and its a critical case to the customer.

Hi Amr,
1. So is there is a default password for the device and how we can reset the password?
I know how you feel. . It was happen to me also two months back. And yes it has default password. For "configuration" password you can use 1802. Unfortunately, AFAIK, we couldn't change the default password.
2. it means the accusine is not injecting any compensation. Since you weren't make any setting yet, it is understandable.
(Hi Ravindra N KULKARNI, please correct me if I'm wrong)
3. The switch must be in unlock position during setting. I think, it was purposed to prevent somebody accidentally operating Accusine.
4. The measured current should be displayed on HMI. However, during low load, CT's couldn't detect the current.
In any system with CT, please remind this rule of thumb "The loading factor of measurement CT's should be higher than 10% of its primary rating". Less than that, the CT will operating in "knee region" and shows big error due to its non-linearity.
In your case, probably in 1st unit the CT got enough current to read, however, in 2nd unit the current is so low so it can't be detected by CT.
Example: CT with ratio 300 / 5 should be loaded by at least 30 A. Otherwise we couldn't "trust" the result.
This is not a really big deal for power measurement.. You just get wrong measurement .
But in Accusine, it will inject wrong compensation and - instead of improving THDi level - it will worsen THDi level.
I hope it's help

Hi Amr,
I can also strongly suggest you to call your local support for this offer (CCC or BFO case) in order to have more specific answers for this particular commissioning.

Nathalie

Hi Yorga,
You are right. I have replied to Amr over email, the answers to his queries. We should always use trained & qualified service engineers to commission Accusine. If commissioning is not done properly, it can cause damage to the product.

Ravindra
