Please take a look in box documents there is certificate I'm not sure that it is what you want or not.

The equipment used to calibrate our test products are in some cases referred to as "reference standards" - that is they are the reference measurement to which the meter is being calibrated against. The accuracy certification for these calibration an test products (reference standards) are traceable to NIST (the National Institute of Standards and Technology)
