SIGNAL CT PROBLEM - ACTIVE FILTER PCS+ 300A ACCUSINE

Hi everybody,

We have a problem with the AccuSine PCS+ 300A active filter. On screen we have a message of clipped CT signal and this disables the operation of the active filter, I attach images. The customer comments that his electrical system that supplies power to the filter has suffered a loss of one of its phases, as a result of this the filter stopped working.
What can we do to solve the problem?

CT Clipping alarm is CT sampling signal out of range.

Possible cause：

1.Check the selection and ratio setting of CT，2. CT board fault 3. control board fault
