Hi Katie,
We had supplied 2x ION760 meters to Watercorporation in Perth, Western Australia.
During pre-commissioning, we are having trouble changing the settings/configuration via front panel or using the ION set-up software.
We inputted the correct password default "0", but when we change the ratio for PT and CT it prompted a Write Access Error. Subsequently, no changes has been done.
May we ask assistance on how to change the configuration or write access the device? It looks like we need to open the back cover and change a shorting link inside, but it will break the factory seal of the meter.
