Reboot ETH Card ION8650C

Hello

I have a case where clients are changing the ETH communication through modem to direct LAN connection with some ION8650C,

after two changes, the meter was connected and then dropped the connection and it didn't get connect till they reboot the meter,

Why could be this happening?, and if there a way to reboot remotely only the ETH Card a second before the exchange?, since there are no able to reboot all the meters.

Hello Martha,

I have seen similar behavior with other meters as well when PoE (Power over Ethenet) is enabled.
