Hello,
Per PM8K fw v1.4.1 "What's new" doc, one of the new feature is "Increased onboard log storage capacity". Could anyone provide more details on this: Does it mean the meter is able to use more than 10MB onboard log space for ION data recorder modules and/or waveform recorder modules? Will PME be able to upload these onboard logs from the meter?
I recall the 10MB was a limitation of ION system, so I am wondering if the limitation has been left? There should be 300+Mb flash memory free in the meter, how can one to use these extra log space? A larger "depth" setup register in the recorder modules?
Regards

Hello @Yu_Diao ,
The limit per data/waveform recorder is still 10 MB. However total memory for all combined data/waveform recorders has been increased.

Charles

Charles and Tom,
Thanks for the confirmation. It's nice to know that we are able to make better use of the meter's hardware capability..
