As stated in the this FAQ, PM8000 has an output register called 'I5' in the Power Meter module which measures earth leakage current. It calculates the instantaneous residual current from I1, I2, I3, and I4 when CT is installed on each line, I1, I2, and I3 (and I4 for 4-WYE).
As I5 (earth leakage) is handled as an actual current channel, you can also monitor its value using other modules such as Setpoint to activate an overcurrent alarm when it surpasses a specified threshold.
Meter cannot monitor ground impedance.
