Hi all, I have 2 questions re the PM8000:
- I'm daisy chaining the coms using the dual Ethernet ports (6), will the down steam meters go off line if one of the meters loses power along the chain?
- How long does the meter hold its settings once it loses power?

Hi Nigel,
-Yes, the downstream meter(s) will lose connectivity if the upstream meter loses power. The intermediary meter is acting as an active network switch.
-Meter settings are stored in flash memory and should last indefinitely (i.e.: many years) without power.
