Hi.
While switchboard cleaning of a newly finished contract we were surprised to see 15V average on one of the two meters of a totally isolated switchboard. We checked the phase voltage and found 45V on two phases. This was only shown on one of the meters both are connected to the same busbar.
We cycled the aux supply and when rebooted it had no volts on it.
Another switchboard was isolated and proven dead with a calibrated fluke meter, however the PM5110 in the same position had 15V average. Once again checked the phase voltage screen to find the same reading. We took the attached photograph, cycled the aux power and took the second photo after boot up.

We have not experienced this before from these meters. These meters have had the latest firmware upgrade.
Has anyone experienced the same issue with the PM5110 Meters??
Regards
Darren
