Letter of Volatility

I have a customer who requires a Letter of Volatility in their specific format, is there someone I should contact directly to get this filled out?

Thanks for your help,

If you need a "formal" response on a specific format you should log a tech support case. Email address: pmo.support@schneider-electric.com
