Hi Francois
The ION7650 has many Modbus registers that detail EN50160 values.
These registers are listed in the Modbus Protocols and Register list pages 29 to 34, available from the website here:
http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/70022-0124-01/
Your meter's firmware is quite recent, there is a newer version V410 if you want to upgrade, available from the website here:
firmware: http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/7650V410/
templates: http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/ION7650_v410_Templates/
I do not know what you mean by a Modbus alert, however you can configure the ION7650 to send email alerts when an event occurs. You can use Advanced mode of ION Setup to configure this.
You can access a technical note describing how to send alerts from the website:
http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/70072-0125-02/
And you can get information about ION modules (including the sag/swell module and the alert module) from the ION Reference, from the website: http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/7EN02-0290/
Hopefully some of this information will be helpful to you.

Hi Alana,
Thanks for your answer, I know that there is a modbus registers map for EN50160 but when I check those registers, they are all at 0. Maybe i have not activated correctly the function En50160 in ION7650 ? This table store the previous observation values ?
Regards,
Francois

Hi Francois
You might want to confirm that you have configured your nominal PQ values. If your nominal voltage is set to 0, PQ functions are not enabled.
You can configure your nominal voltage by going into ION Setup, Setup Assistant, Power Quality and selecting the Sag/Swell tab. Select the Nominal Voltage field and click Edit. Ensure this value matches your power system's nominal voltage.
You may also need to enable the EN50160 features. In the latest version of ION Setup, this is available in the Setup Assistant, Power Quality, Advanced PQ tab. Select EN50160 Enable and click Edit. Select On from the drop down list.
To get the latest version of ION Setup, go to the ION Setup Help, and click Check for Update. It is also available here:
https://schneider-electric.app.box.com/ionsetuplatest
There is also a technical note detailing how EN50160 is implemented on your meter. It can be downloaded from the website here:
http://www.schneider-electric.com/en/download/document/7EN72-0197/
Hope this helps,
Alana
