Hello, I have a gas meter that increments by 1 m³ with each pulse. My measurement therefore increases by 1 each time. I would like to display on my dashboards the number of m³ consumed over a given period.
The problem is that when I add a measurement, I get this:
the gadgets increment the values and show something completely incorrect. For example, if I have 1000 m³ at 10:00 and 1010 m³ at 11:00, when selecting the 10:00–11:00 time range, I would like to see 10 m³ instead of 2010 m³.
Would it be possible, through a calculation, to convert m³ into m³/h?

Hello @MathieuSA ,
When using PME there are options for calculations in the Virtual ION Processor (VIP) Many, but not all, of the modules available on meters can be used in the VIP. Note that this forum is not the location to ask PME questions.

Charles

Hello @MathieuSA ,
There is a separate forum for Power monitoring Expert. That would be a better location to ask about the Dashboard behavior. Likely there is meta data that needs to be configured for the measurement in question.
for your question "Would it be possible, through a calculation, to convert m³ into m³/h?" On the meter the answer is yes, assuming that the pulse is connected to a digital input module of ION meter. There is an Arithmetic (ART) module that can do math, the module has a calc now pulse that can determine how often the calculation is done. If you pulse the ART module each hour and the calculation in the module is present value - previous value, you would get the rate per hour. See ION reference https://product-help.schneider-electric.com/ION-Reference/content/ion%20reference/arithmetic-module.... for more information on using present and past values.
There is a variety of different calculations that could be done to meet different needs.

Charles

Thank you @Charles_Murison for the feedback regarding the calculation. I have a device from the brand SOCOMEC for which I had to create a custom type. If I understand correctly, I can't perform any calculations with it?
