Hi,

After firmware upgrade of ION9000T (METSEION950309), the PME system could`t find the correct framwork for Vista template to use in PME 2023.

What is the recomended template option to use ?

PME will use the template string to try and find the diagram to open in Vista and Designer. Designer has the option to prompt user input if diagram is not found. Vista does not have the ability to prompt user for selection. My understanding with PME 2023 is that the device update for V4.5.0 firmware has not yet been released. The device updater would include entries in Windows registry to find diagrams for designer and Vista. There may or may not be new vista diagrams. 

The screenshot of display from ION Setup sadly does not help determine what diagram would be best for Vista at this time. Likely the best option until device updater would be to use the specific diagram option in Vista and point to the latest version of Vista Diagram.

This is in addition to Charles' comment - in general, they are the HSTC options in your screen capture.  9000T represents 9000 HSTC (High Speed Transient Capture).
