The default modbus mapping does not include these parameters however it is possible to add them to the mapping. The user guide should include a section on using IN Setup to add custom mapping. One Item to consider, the sag/swell event could be very short and occurred between modbus polls. You would either need to use a oneshot timer to latch the state or possibly use the sag/swell count and if you see an increment in this value know that a sag/swell has occurred.
