Hello everyone
I have an alarm on an ION 9000 “Sag/Swell”.
The display starts flashing, as does the red bell-shaped LED, so I acknowledge the alarm, but the light remains steady red.
I'd like to know how to fully acknowledge the alarm so that the red light goes off ?
Thank

Hi @broosko
As mentioned in ION9000 User guide -> Alarm Indicators, given the Sag/Swell alarm which is considered as high priority alarm has already been acknowledged, but since it is still active and detected by the meter, the red solid bell remains steady red until the alarm is no longer detected by the meter:
Best Regards,
