ION7650 Grayed out page

Just got a question from the customer that: in the webmeter of ION7650, why the "Control", "Diagnostic" and "Maintenance" 3 pages are grayed out, could those tabs be enabled?

Yes Ritesh, I tried the compatibility view of the IE, but nothing changes.

This is normal behavior. All Schneider Electric web devices are using the same webpage template and not all tabs are used in every application.
