The "Modbus Protocol and Register Map for ION Devices" document available on the website includes information for the ION8650. You can find it by searching on the title or the document number "70022-0124".

Just for posterity, the link is to the particular revision of the document current as of this posting -- if you look at the document and it seems like something is missing, it's worthwhile doing a search for a newer revision.
