IEM 3000 kVARh through digital output

Hello community,

In order to follow the national regulation is required to verify the meter acording to IEC 62053-23 , so we need to get an the kVARh as al pulse through the digital output from our IEM3000 series. We need to run some accredited exercises. There is any possibility to do so?. Thanks you for your help
