Hi Simon,
I would encourage you to contact Schneider Electric technical support for topics related to troubleshooting or meter operation.
Should they not be able to assist you they have internal processes to escalate to ensure you receive an answer. I would think this process would be faster than the community here, and hopefully get you functioning a lot quicker.
