Hi all,
I am currently using EBO 3.2.1, I've faced some issues in link 150.
Issue : 1
In one Link-150 Loop, we are reading BTU Meters and Water Leak Detection (TTK Leak detection system) (Baud rate - 9600, Parity - None, Stop Bits - 1). For BTU we read through Device address - 2 and for WLD we read through Device address - 1. We currently face there is a frequent hang in WLD System. Whereas while using Modbus Poll we can communicate better. We even checked in EGX Webpage even there the communication seemed normal. Don't know why it is getting Stuck in EBO. And also we checked the properties of Modbus input registers, the read error count increases gradually.
Issue : 2
In another Link-150, we are monitoring Battery Monitoring System (Eaton Power Xpert 9395P) (Baud rate - 19200, Parity - None, Stop Bits - 1). We have around 13 BMS around this loop, while connecting one Particular BMS device, rest of the devices in that loop gets hanged and values are not updating. If we remove the connection for that particular BMS, rest of the devices working fine. We even checked with vendor, confirmed same settings for all devices in that loop from vendor side.
Can some one help solve these above issues.
Thanks & Regards,
Kandeeban C

In Issue 2, is the particular BMS a master device? It is worth mentioning that in a modbus network there can be only one master device at a time.
Graciously,

In link 150, go to its web page and try, change timeout to 0.5 and check will it make any difference.
