Does that really reset the EGX to full factory default. Believed it just warm started the unit. Will have to try when I get a chance.

IPv4 network standards reserve the entire 127.0.0.0/8 address block for loopback purposes, so you can't use it to communicate with the EGX Is there a way to connect and configure EGX over RS232 telnet?
