Page 84: Save to PC -> store the current configuration as .dcf file. Send to Meter -> write this .dcf file to new meter.

The question becomes what do you mean by "copy all data setting". In the meter is a framework/template, this holds most of the configuration of a meter. It is possible to download this template to a PC then upload this same template to a different meter. When doing this with ION Setup there are options to determine what settings will be over written. There are a few modules like comm modules, security, modbus mastering that are not overwritten this way and would need to be programmed manually.
If you are asking for historical data to be transferred from one meter to another this is not possible. Recommend downloading the data to a computer and saving somewhere.

I no need copy historical data, I just copy "all data settting" from old PM8000, after that upload for new PM8000.
