Combox and Modbus

I have no trouble getting gateway or Insight boxes to talk to my XW inverter through ModBus.

I have both 4548 and 6848 inverters

not on same system

I cannot for the life of me get and older Combox to work with the 4548 thru Modbus

The Combox works fine at its local webpage, just not getting the modbus addressing to talk

Its like its a Salve or Master or some older issue

I just wish there was one source or webpage where I can learn all the necessary settings and parameters for the Combox to work properly with modbus.
