Hello community, has anyone encountered any problems with the 72 way BCPM (solid core version)?
We have recently had some boards reading on the wrong circuits?
We set the boards up using the Veris E3X software, As single row sequential, but on the first Modbus address we applied a load to strip 1A,CT number 1 but the load appeared on strip 1A,CT number 4, This continued to be the case for all the circuits associated with this address,(3 circuits out).
The second Modbus address seems to read everything where we would expect it to be.
We have seen this now on 4 separate BCPM's.Does anyone know what the problem maybe, or if there is a fix?
Thanks. Paul

May want to display this post to the hardware section rather than just your personal section.

Hi Paul,
Try using ION Setup which you can download from Box. I've not used the Veris E3X software but ION Setup should support all versions of the BCPM including the new ones with Flex Circuit assignment (this might be the reason the registers aren't reading properly if the Flex Circuits have been configured already. If you have any issues/questions about ION Setup, please feel free to send me an e-mail or post here.

The flex circuit capability is present in much later firmware (ie v1.023). You may want to upgrade to a later version of firmware to get all the latest features and bug fixes.
There also may be a later version of the Veris configuration software available (or you could run IONSetup as an alternative).

Hal,
Thanks for your response.
We also tried using IONsetup V3.0,
But the results have been the same?
