Altivar 212 related harmonics issues

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a issue at a project which has another BMS provider installed.

I have a VFD which is installed approx. 2 ft away from a DDC panel from another BMS system.

and a control panel which contains AS and modules 1ft far from this DDC panel.

Now when we give a command to our VFD for speed control from our DDC panel the DDC controlled of other BMS provider fails and shows error.

The VFD input and output contactor are installed in a isolator panel which has a BMS connector from another BMS provider.

If anyone has faced such problem in their sites or know the solution to this problem kindly let me know.

Presently we have been operating our system in manual mode by keeping our DDC panel OFF so it doesn't effect the old existing BMS provider DDC.

We suspect this would be the issue related to harmonics generated from the VFD. (Altivar 212)
