I have created a sample project to test the flow switch alarm FB. I have uploaded it here:
https://schneider-electric.box.com/s/jtw9p9cvl2iqk5blcp9bgxf27u5jcs6l
Unless I have not implemented it correctly, there seems to be a mistake (or at least something to improve on). If the pump is not working and flow switch alarm is OFF, the pump should not be allowed to start, because this condition would mean either an electrical shortcut or bad connection, or probably the paddle of the flowswitch stuck inside the piping T where it is usually located.
What I mean is that if the input to xFlowSwitch never changes to TRUE regardless of whether the pump is working or not , this should be detected and an alarm should be generated.
Would you please take a look ?

Hi,
I'll track this request, I'll probably add an input to enable an alarm detection when a flow is detected with pumps off with one of the bypass delay already defined.

I have added some extra logic in the sample project to detect the undesired condition of the pump being able to start with the flow switch input in a non-alarm state. You can take a look at it here.
It seems to work. The only caveat (I think) is that since FlowSwtich FB never detects an alarm in case the flow switch is fixed in a non-alarm condition, the flow switch block keeps trying forever and never reaches the usiAlarmStatusFs = 2
I hope this helps.
