Issue
Why doesn't the Known Occupancy Count (KnownOccupCount) number increase when Personnel enter the Area.

Cause
The Known Occupancy Count shows the current number of personnel in the given Area. The doors within that Area must have both Entry and Exit readers for this number to be incremented when people enter and decremented when people exit.
Resolution
The Known Occupancy Count will not function with Entry only doors. Both Entry and Exit readers are required on the doors within the Area.
