The ScreenMateCache.dat file is not created on a Windows 2008 server

Issue

The ScreenMateCache.dat file is not created on a Windows 2008 server. 

Environment

Windows 2008 server
Vista 5.1.6

Cause

In a 2008 server the ScreenMateCache.dat file is created in C:\windows\temp, to get it working the user "Network service" and "Local system" needed full access to this folder.

Resolution

Make sure the users "Network service" and "Local system"  C:\windows\temp have full access to C:\windows\temp.
