Set up a two wire LTS80 Lini-Temp sensor on a 7756 PCU on the lower board

Cause
Lini-temp is a type of temperature sensor that is compatible with the I/NET product line.
Resolution
- For Fahrenheit:
- M = 0.0274669
- B = -459.8
- 10k ohm resistor in slot "A"
